When I attempt to configure a LispGPE entry like so:

$ sudo service vpp restart

$ sudo vpp_api_test json

vat# lisp_gpe_enable_disable enable

vat# lisp_gpe_add_del_fwd_entry leid 192.168.0.2/24 reid 192.168.0.3/24 vni 0 loc-pair 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.2

VPP crashes and restarts.

Tested both on 17.07 and 17.10

UPDATE: This only happens when "vpp-nsh-plugin" is also installed.
