ip_add_del_route allows to specifiy lookup in second table with use of

next_hop_table_id = XY

next_hop_address = 0.0.0.0

ip_fib_dump returns only table_id, but in fib_path , there is no next_hop_table_id param,only next_hop_address. Therefore it can be resolved if fib_path is using lookup or not (by address) but not to which table.
